Structural features

The cutter shaft drive gear is made of precision forged steel with high frequency quenching to realize the non backlash transmission. The advanced keyless connection mode is adopted, and the transmission precision is high.
The blade of the crosscutting machine adopts the structure of edge inserted steel spiral cutter, with serrated blade shape. Long shearing force, small shearing force.
The front and rear paper feeding wheels adopt the sun wheel paper pressing mode, with stable conveying and uniform pressure, which is not easy to crush the board or cause blockage.
This type of brake is energy storage type (non energy consumption braking), so it has low energy consumption in the production process. The average power consumption is 1 / 3 of that of ordinary NC cutting machine, saving more than 70% of electricity and achieving the goal of saving money.
The precision adjustable non gap gear ensures the precise engagement of knife edge and balance of operation.
Independent oil pump and filter are used together with two groups of copper pipes distributed in each gear position for oil supply, lubrication and cooling.
